The RISDeL’23 seminar on the theme “Research in Computer Science for Local Development” will take place from 14 to 15 December of 2023 at the Faculty of Science of the University of Yaoundé I. This seminar is the result of more than a decade of international scientific collaboration between the ETIS laboratory (Equipe Traitement de l’Information et Systèmes) of CY Cergy Paris University in France and the University of Yaoundé I in Cameroon.
The RISDeL’23 workshop will focus on scientific advances in the fields of information processing, knowledge extraction, decision support, machine learning and embedded devices. Computing architectures on reconfigurable substrates and HPC-type architectures are also themes of interest. Application areas include health, the communication society, digital communications and cultural heritage.
The RISDeL’23 seminar will allow scientific exchanges between the research teams of Yaoundé1 and Cergy Paris University, ETIS, through presentations, posters and discussions.
The seminar is sponsored by the CNRS, the ETIS Laboratory and the University of Yaounde I.
